The latest recommendations and restrictions for managing COVID-19 are forever being updated as our current circumstances evolve. These changes are occurring rapidly and have resulted in the following operational changes being made in managing the business.
Office Hours: Office hours have returned to normal, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, in line with COVID-19 protocols, we ask that customers use hand sanitiser when entering the office.
Social Distancing: In line with COVID-19 protocols and the 4m rule, the number of customers allowed in the office at any one time is limited to two.
Payments: Cash and EFTPOS payments are accepted at the office, however, we ask that customers use EFTPOS/PayWave wherever possible.
Payments can continue to be made by bank transfer into our bank account, or by deposit into our bank account at any branch of the Commonwealth Bank. Our bank account details are on each invoice sent out.

Common Use Number Pads and Access Doors: While we will continue to disinfect common use areas as often as possible, it is not possible to disinfect doors and number pads around our sites after each use by customers. We therefore ask that customers respect their own health and safety, an that of others, by using hand sanitiser or disinfectant before and after using the number pads and access doors.
